Meet John, the visionary CEO of 369 Construction Universe Group. With over two decades of expertise in quantity surveying and project management, John brings a profound understanding of the construction industry to every project. His career highlights include successfully delivering self-build and commercial projects valued at over £200 million, with individual projects reaching the £10 million mark.

John has held key roles at some of the UK’s most renowned firms, including Mace, Morgan Sindall, ESH, and Algeco, gaining vast experience in both small & large-scale construction. In March 2023, driven by a desire to create something exceptional, John founded 369cug—a company dedicated to innovative, client-focused construction solutions.

While working with leading firms, John gained extensive experience and delivered major projects across the UK. Notably, as the commercial lead for ESH, he managed a £10 million project converting a Grade II-listed former hospital into 63 assisted living apartments.

This complex project involved coordinating 93 work packages and collaborating with specialists, including timber experts, conservation officers, and renovation professionals. The scale and intricacy of the undertaking provided John with invaluable experience in managing large, multifaceted projects, enhancing his expertise in oversight and strategic decision-making.
